TripMode 2.2.1 for macOS

TripMode

TripMode is a lightweight and smart data-saving tool designed for Mac and Windows users who need control over their internet usage. Its main purpose is to block unwanted apps from accessing the internet, helping you save data—especially when you’re using mobile hotspots, public Wi-Fi, or limited data plans.

With TripMode, you get full control over which apps can connect online. Whenever you activate it, only the applications you allow will use your internet connection. This is extremely helpful when traveling, working remotely, or trying to avoid unexpected data consumption from background apps.

Key Features of TripMode:

  • Data Control: Blocks unwanted apps from using data automatically.
  • Easy App Management: You can manually choose which apps can access the internet.
  • Automatic Activation: Detects when you connect to a specific network and turns on automatically.
  • Data Tracking: Shows exactly how much data each app uses.
  • Profiles: Create custom profiles for work, travel, home, and more.
